PUBLIC NOTICE 2024-2028 Capital Fund Program (CFP) & 2024 Annual Action Plan Amendment

The Huntsville Housing Authority is proposing an amendment to its 2024-2028 Capital Fund Program (CFP) & 2024 Annual Action Plan budget to include the installation of security doors at Stone Manor.
This amendment is in accordance with the regulations set forth by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
The purpose of this amendment is to allocate grant funds to address resident safety and property security through the procurement and installation of security doors. This adjustment reflects a shift in priority to enhance the overall safety and livability of the housing development—Stone Manor.
Residents and members of the public are encouraged to review the proposed amendment and provide feedback. A copy of the updated 2024-2028 Capital Fund Program (CFP) and the 2024 Annual Action Plan Amendment is available for public inspection at:
