WINDOW AND EXTERIOR DOOR REPLACEMENT BROOKSIDE APARTMENTS
Huntsville Housing Authority (HHA) is requesting bids from qualified, licensed, and insured contractors to bid.
A pre-submission meeting is scheduled for January 6, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. CST at Huntsville Housing Authority Central Office located at 200 Washington Street, Huntsville, AL 35801.
Separate, sealed bids to provide this service will be received by Huntsville Housing Authority at 200 Washington Street, Huntsville, Alabama 35801, no later than 2:00 P.M. local time, January 13, 2026. Electronic bid documents are available through Housing Agency Market Place E-Procurement, by accessing the following website: https://ha.economicengine.com/requests.html?company_id=978, or on our website at www.hsvha.org.
HHA reserves the right to reject any/or all bids, make the determination as to what is equal to the specifications and/or scope of work, or to waive any informality in the bids received, and to accept any bid, which, in its opinion, may be in the best interest of HHA.
