A trusted, confidential path to report concerns

Whether you live in one of our communities or participate in the Housing Choice Voucher program, the Office of Resident Affairs ensures your concerns are heard, documented, and addressed fairly.

1. Report Your Concern

Call, email, or complete our secure online complaint form. Share as much detail as you can.

2. We Review It

Our team reviews every report carefully and confidentially, following HUD guidelines.

3. We Take Action

We follow up, coordinate with the right departments, and work toward a fair resolution.

What you can report

If you have experienced or witnessed any of the following in Public Housing or the Housing Choice Voucher program, we encourage you to report it.

Health & Safety Violations

Mold, pests, broken smoke detectors, electrical hazards, unsafe living conditions, or anything that threatens your wellbeing.

Unfair Treatment & Abuse

Harassment, retaliation, abuse of authority, or mistreatment by staff, landlords, or other residents.

Maintenance Issues

Unaddressed repairs, plumbing or heating problems, and work orders that have gone unresolved.

Lease Violations

Violations of lease terms, improper notices, illegal fees, or actions that breach your housing agreement.

Fraud & Misconduct

Suspected fraud, bribery, misuse of program funds, or any other misconduct involving housing assistance.

Discrimnation

Unfair treatment based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability under Fair Housing laws.

In an emergency, call 911 first. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact emergency services before filing a complaint with our office.
